Counsellor in Training

I am a Trainee Counsellor and Psychotherapist currently studying an MSc in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am passionate about working with others and being able to help support people in making a positive change and improving their lives. What excites me most about the Integrative Counselling is the focus on the promotion of health, wellbeing and mediating the negative effects of health-related problems. With having extensive learning in studying my MSc allows me to achieve my ultimate goal working with inspiring approaches to changing the lives of clients. My knowledge and support through various volunteering roles has helped me implement integrative counselling skills for adults with a range of mental health difficulties. This includes using strong communication skills to talk to clients.

Gurpreet currently has availability on Fridays.

I am a Trainee Counsellor and Psychotherapist currently studying an MSc in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have always had a passion for helping others and started my career within the education sector. After several years working in schools I decided to re-train as a Counsellor. It is a career which I had dreamed of for a long time, as my ambition was to have a job where I was able to support individuals in times of need and since starting I have never looked back. The course which I am studying enables me to integrate three different psychotherapeutic approaches so as to support each client and their own
individual needs.

Emma currently has availability on Mondays.

I am a trainee counsellor and psychotherapist, studying an Msc in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. I have always worked with people in some capacity, starting in sales, later in account management, but never felt the passion that I feel when connecting with people and their inner worlds through the therapeutic encounter. I therefore feel very happy to be able to offer support to anyone who is facing a challenge in their lives, whatever that may be. I have experience of supporting individuals affected by sexual abuse and rape and completed training in working with this type of trauma. Through the above-mentioned course I am able to work with three different psychotherapeutic modalities which enables me to work with each client in a way that best suits their particular needs.

Ellie currently has availability on Friday afternoon/evenings.

I am a Trainee Counsellor and Psychotherapist currently studying an MSc in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am passionate about working with others and being able to help support people in making a positive change and improving their lives. I started my career at a young age within various volunteer positions helping and supporting people with their health and wellbeing. The volunteer work I have done throughout the years has strengthened my passion to work within the counselling profession and encouraged me to pursue my ambition further. The MSc course I am currently studying allows me to work in an integrative way. Allowing me to tailor my knowledge and skills to the client’s individual needs.

Natasha currently has availability on Saturdays.
