Julia Paulsson-Jandl
Counsellor in Training
Hi, I am Julia.

Counselling and coaching improve lives. It can help us flourish.
I am a professional with over ten years of experience in the international humanitarian and development sector. The management of mental health and psychosocial support programs for populations affected by crisis has become a central part of my work. I also myself have had the privilege of being a client of counselling, as well as coaching at different periods of my life. I have seen and experienced first hand the transformational impact of the right support on emotional, psychological and social wellbeing; how integral this is to human life.

I am a coach, having graduated from an International Coaching Federation (ICF) accredited coach training program and am currently studying towards an MSc in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy.
I work interactively, drawing on person centred approaches, cognitive behavioural therapy and attachment theory and tapping into my coaching experience as needed.

The counselling room is a judgement free, confidential space where we can explore possibilities together, open new perspectives and forge a way forward.

As someone who appreciates difference, I welcome clients in all their diversity. I look forward to partnering with you to overcome challenges and get most out of life.
