My Counselling Practice
How I work
I use an integrative approach so that I can tailor the support to suit your needs and where you are currently on your journey of change.
My main training has been in Psychodynamic and Person-Centred approaches. This means that I place a great deal of importance on building a trusting relationship, helping you to feel safe and secure enough to explore your difficulties but I am also skilled in helping you to make links to your past. Often current relationships and behaviours are a repeat of those from the past and are deep rooted in childhood experiences. Exploring these links can be useful in helping you to develop new, healthier ways of thinking and being.
I am also a Certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming Practitioner, Coach and Time Line Therapist. Using the NLP tools and strategies, I can help you to shift limiting beliefs and negative emotions from the past in order for you to focus on the future and build the life you want and deserve.
My mission is to bring hope and wellness to all of my clients and ensure that each person who spends time in my sessions leaves a step closer to making the changes needed to improve their life.
I currently work with adults over the age of 18 in my private practice.
I currently offer appointments on these days:
Monday (between 12pm and 7pm)
Tuesday (between 8:15am and 3pm)
Wednesday (between 12pm and 8:45pm)
Friday (between 9:15am and 3pm)
