ABOUT ME
A LONG TIME AGO IN A GALAXY FAR, FAR AWAY...
There was a little girl with fluorescent orange hair who felt different.
She was sensitive, thoughtful and desperate to get things right. She worried too much, felt everything deeply and spent years believing everyone else had somehow been given the rule book for life.
She became very good at hiding it.
From the outside she looked capable, kind and successful. Inside she was exhausted from trying to be who she thought she should be.
The voice in her head was relentless. It questioned every decision, magnified every mistake and convinced her that she was never quite enough.
That little girl was me.

IF ONLY THIS WAS JUST A STORY...
The fact you're reading this probably means you recognise some of it in yourself too.
For years I believed anxiety, overthinking and perfectionism were simply part of who I was.
I achieved plenty. I worked hard. I collected qualifications. I built a successful career. Yet underneath it all I constantly questioned myself, struggled to switch off and felt as though I was always trying to prove I was good enough.
Looking back, I now understand so much more about why my brain worked the way it did.
Receiving my Autism and ADHD diagnosis later in life gave me answers I never knew I needed. It helped me stop fighting who I was and start understanding myself with much more compassion.
That journey changed not only my life, but also the way I support other people.
MY CAREER

After completing my Psychology degree, I began my career as a Primary School Teacher.
Following the birth of my two boys and my own struggles with anxiety and depression, I realised I wanted to dedicate my career to helping people understand themselves and create happier, healthier lives.
Over the last 25 years I've supported hundreds of adults, children, couples and organisations with challenges including anxiety, stress, burnout, low confidence, neurodivergence, relationships, grief, trauma and major life transitions.
My work today blends counselling, coaching, neuroscience, NLP, Time Line Therapy®, hypnotherapy and practical psychology. Rather than simply helping people cope, my aim is to help them understand why they're feeling the way they do and give them practical tools to move forwards.
Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, burnt out or simply know life shouldn't feel this hard, my goal is to help you reconnect with yourself.
