Coaching, wellbeing, consulting and training services are provided by Claire Reeves, trading as CR Consulting (sole trader).

 

This Privacy Notice explains how personal data is collected, used, stored, and protected in connection with coaching and consulting services accessed via clairereeves.org.uk and through direct contact.

 

This notice applies only to coaching and consulting services. Counselling services are provided separately and are covered by a different privacy policy.

3. Special category personal data

Coaching services are not counselling or psychotherapy and do not involve clinical diagnosis or treatment.

However, you may choose to share personal information relating to mental health, stress, wellbeing, or life circumstances. Where this information constitutes special category personal data, it is processed only where necessary for the provision of coaching services and in accordance with UK GDPR.

Where possible, we will aim to discuss any required disclosures with you in advance.

Reasonable steps are taken to ensure sessions are conducted privately and securely. Clients are responsible for ensuring their own environment is suitable for confidential work.

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to support functionality and understand how visitors use the site.

We may use third party services such as Google Analytics to collect anonymous aggregated data about website usage. This information does not identify individual clients and is not used for advertising or profiling.

12. How long we keep your data

We retain coaching records and related personal data for three years after coaching ends in line with legal, professional, and ethical requirements. After this period, data is securely deleted or destroyed.

You have the right to request access to the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate or incomplete data, request erasure of data where appropriate, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Requests can be made in writing using the contact details below.
