WELLBEING MOT
COMPLIMENTARY 45 MINUTE SESSION
STOP GUESSING. START UNDERSTANDING.
You take your car for an MOT - when was the last time you did this for your mind, life and wellbeing?
When you’re overwhelmed, anxious, mentally overloaded or close to burnout, it becomes hard to see clearly what’s actually going on.
Everything can start to feel tangled, heavy, or stuck.
You know something needs to change… but you’re not sure where to start.
This Complimentary Wellbeing MOT gives you the space to step back and understand what’s really going on.
Rather than diving straight into coaching or therapy, we'll take a snapshot of your wellbeing and identify the areas that may be contributing to how you're feeling.

WHAT IS A WELLBEING MOT?
Using my signature Explore the 7Cs of Wellbeing framework, we’ll explore the key areas that influence your wellbeing.
TOGETHER WE'LL EXPLORE:
What's working well
What may be draining your energy
Which areas feel out of balance
Where your biggest opportunities for change might be
You’ll leave with greater self-understanding of why life may be feeling harder than it needs to.
For many people, this becomes the starting point for deeper change - helping them decide what support, boundaries, adjustments or next steps they need in order to create a life that works better for them.
WHAT THIS SESSION ISN'T
THE WELLBEING MOT ISN'T THERAPY OR A COACHING SESSION.
Because we only have 45 minutes together, there isn't time to explore every area in depth.
Instead, this is a structured review that helps us identify patterns, priorities and possible next steps.
If deeper conversations are needed, we can discuss the most appropriate support afterwards -but there's absolutely no obligation to continue working with me.
AFTER YOUR SESSION
WITHIN A FEW DAYS, YOU'LL RECEIVE YOUR PERSONALISED WELLBEING SUMMARY.
This includes:
✔ Your Wellbeing M.O.T. overview
✔ The areas currently supporting your wellbeing
✔ The areas that may need more attention
✔ Your top priorities moving forward
✔ Three personalised suggestions to help you take your next steps
Where appropriate, I'll also recommend additional sources of support, resources or services that may be helpful.
Those recommendations might include:
-
simple habits to introduce
-
books or podcasts
-
wellbeing resources
-
practical strategies
-
or, if appropriate, options for working together in the future.
