Bee Malecka
Counsellor

Hi, I'm Bee.
I have always had a natural tendency to help others. Whether it was being the friend who listened without judgment or the family member who support to find solution in difficult time for others.
As I have grown I have realized that what I valued most about helping is the connection it creates- to see the other feel understood, supported and capable of changes in there life. This is why I become a counsellor. Becoming a counsellor allows me to combine my natural desire to support with professional skills and knowledge, that I can make a lasting impact on a person's life, mental and emotional well-being.
I have obtained a Master's Degree in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy in Derby, and maintain professional membership with British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy ( BACP).
As an Integrative therapist, I truly believe that therapy should reflect your individuality. I value the uniqueness of every individual. I adopt my work to suit your personal needs and goals, by creating a safe and respectful environment, where you can explore yourself freely and work toward your goals without judgment.

In my free time I love spending time in my garden. I find peace observing the rhythm of nature- changing seasons, the growth and stillness- help me connected to something large and reminds me of the importance of patience and balance in life.
