What is the difference between counselling and coaching?
Counselling and Coaching have a lot of similarities as they both involve:
* creating a safe, non-judgmental space for you to explore your difficulties * skilled, empathic listening * asking you questions help you to understand your problem better * helping to empower you to find your own answers and what will work for you rather than telling you what to do * helping you to find clarity around what you want * helping you to identify what might be holding you back * identifying beliefs that you may have developed in the past that are impacting you today * supporting you to improve your growth, health and wellness
